What Causes Severe Pain In The Penis And Scrotum?

I don t know how to say this. But I must tell you since you are a DR. I have a very serious pain , some times too hot on my man hood especially on my Ball since am a man. This pain sometimes travel to my Legs i.e. The back of my Leg to create a hot feels , sometimes it Create fever on my leg. I have gone to doctors , I have tried everything I know. The pain doesn t seem to go away I have tried some inflation or pain med. No relief in sight Please help Thanks , k

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the symptoms you have described, it appears that you could be having some problem related to hernia or inflammation of testis.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done. Consult Surgeon with the report for clinical examination and further evaluation.
According to the underlying cause, proper treatment can be instituted. It wouldn't be proper to just take analgesic medications as the relief would be only temporary.
