What Causes Severe Pain In The Neck And Ears?
Woke up at 2 am with a sore neck & area behind my R ear on 12/31. Low level pain 2/10 continued around my R side of skull. I am a 57 yr old retired military & current airline pilot (Class 1 medical). I m at Walter Reed hospital assisting my sons recovery from a GSW in Afghanistan (stress). I went to the Emerg room 12/31 with no fever, no ear issues, diagnosis is slept wrong & muscle strain. Today numbness spread & some swelling around the R side of my forehead & base of my skull. Looking for answers

it can be migraine but not sure. better take neurologist opinion and start with treatment. have a good sleep and rest. check ur blood pressure and sugars
