What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Back And Buttocks?
Hi, I have severe pain in my lower back, pain that runs down my buttocks, and my feet sometimes get cold. sometimes I cant roll over in bed, and at times when I try to get up, I feel like my legs are going to give out. I have to grab a cane. The pain is so intense, I go from a 0-10 in a minute. I had a laminectomy a year ago, for a blown disc lower back, but the last three months have been the worst, im not better. do you think I need an Mri, or x-ray? Help please, thank you

As u having complain of lower backache ,radiate to ur lower limb ,with histry of laminectomy
this shows nerve compressed in between lumber vertibra,dt may be due to laminatomy complication.
First thing to do MRI LS spine
if it shows canal stenosis or any compression u need to go for neurosurgeon or if it is normal ,u have to clear ur serum calcium,electrolyte,thyroid profile so take suggestion from physician, u cn also take sum physiotherapy treatment.
