What Causes Severe Pain In The Ball Of The Feet?

Hi. I have multiple symptoms. I get very bad and painful cramping that won t relax for months in my feet just in front of the ball of my feet and where the tendons attach to the front of the foot. I also get very bad cramping of the calves and thighs. In sure if it s related but I have been having what looks like circles or hives on the tops of both hands.

I have gone through your query. Cramping can be due to low calcium or electrolyte imbalance. Taking bananas is good. You can also take calcium and vitamin d supplements.
