What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen During Bowels?
ive been getting pain from around my belly button for the last 4 weeks its getting worse, i noticed that when i went to the toilet for a bowl movement it hurt more and it seemed to make my belly button pop out . i can push it back in but it hurts and feels like somthings lumping passing through a small hole inside me . it doe,nt feel right . ive had stomach problems for 2 years now and ive been on 40mg of nexium for the same amount of time .ive lost four stone but still need the tablets , im at my wits end .i just want some solid advice to sort this out its taking a huge toll on my life . regards nigel

this is dr Yash, i have gone through your question.
According to your historty this is look like a Umblical hernia (because whenever you go for motion, your belly pressure increase ,which can cause your belly button pop out)
let me ask some questions, do you have constipation ,fever, abdominal distention? history of any a belly surgery in the past?
TO diagnose this you have to go for Ultrasound scan of your belly.
