Thanks to HCM
I can understand your concern

pain in shoulder blade region has many causes
here if it is not reduced after analgesic ,I would like to suggest muscle relaxants like myospaz forte tab for 3 days along with b complex tab once for 10days .

morever better have a x ray of rt shoulder and cervical spine for underlying disease

what you have done at homeremedies is better to continue
with x ray have a consultation once with ortho doctor or HCM

PLZ CHECK WITH ONCE cbp, serum calcium, vit d3 investigations to rule out diagnosis if oain not relieved .. ok
don't worry it will subside .ok
