What Causes Severe Pain In Pelvis And Ankles?
I m getting an irregular pain in my right lower abdomen, more while going to sleep, till i m asleep... sometime i mid day time as well... with alternating with front n back (pelvis) in conjunction with severe pain in same side leg (behind the ankle).. already done Sonograph... all is clear .. NO appendicitis or any node or lump, no kindney stone... No abnormality in blood tests... just subsides taking painkillers

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe pain in pelvis and ankles. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like peripheral neuropathy , hypertension , vitamin B12 deficiency , kidney disease ( already ruled out ) or venous insufficiency . Such symptoms can also occur due to conditions like sciatica or herniated disc. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan or x-ray or spine along with nerve conduction test .For now keep your legs in hot water tub with Epsom salt for 15 minutes daily , take proper rest , apply warm compresses on pelvis take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and keep your legs elevated while lying down .
