What Causes Severe Pain In Neck And Shoulder?

Hi I am a female and 32 years old. I am suffering from a severe pain in neck and left shoulder, along with a terrible pain in the left hand (tennis elbow). I was prescribed with Etova-ER 400, Doloneuron-NT, Myospas Th4 and Pan-D. I have consumed already 2 doses of these medicines, however I am feeling noizy and reeling sensation, can I continue the medicines, are these drugs safe.

If this is Tennis elbow then no need to have this much medicine
Treatment:
Sling would be nice for to rest the joint Physiotherapy can be tried
Medication:
Any NSAID (Non Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drug) can be used and best would be "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain released once in day.
