What Causes Severe Pain In My Lower Back?
I am having severe pain in my lower back, right at the tip of my tail bone. When I touch it it feels sore, and yet I did not fall down. What could have happened? The pain developed suddenly, starting small yesterday evening and now I am having to take Tyelenol muscle relaxant/inflamation reduction

That is coocydynia, sit on very soft surfaces with cushion. Try sleeping on sides so that pressure reduces on that part and slowly with medication inflammation would subside
