What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back?

Hi, I have been experiencing pain that is mainly to the right and left side of my lower back. when walking, standing or doint other normal activities I experience no pain. The pain is quite severe when I getting out of bed or getting up from a sitting position. inthe last day or so, the pain seem to have moved to the far side (right and left) . I m not experiencing any other symptoms.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. From your history a lumbar sprain or a disc injury can be suspected.A physical examination with an orthopedician and an X ray followed by MRI should be done after that if necessary. That can rule out it.In such case i treat my patients with muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside NSAIDs like aceclofenac and neurotropic drugs.I also recommend to do physiotherapy and exercises also.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
