What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back?

hi there, i'm having a pain in my lower back ( somewhere near coccyx bone) from few months and nothing found in my x ray report and also no swelling is visible. but pain is terrible sometimes even it becomes hard to sit on chair.
age: 28 yrs, sex: female, height : 4'11" and weight : 65 kgs.

Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are caused low back arthritis. Arthritis can cause painful inflammation.
Low back arthritis might be caused by spinal disc herniation.

However to confirm this you need:
1. Vertebral column Ct-scan.
2. Complete blood count.
3. Urine test.
