What Causes Severe Pain In Chest With Stabbing Pain In Groin And Thigh?

Hi. Female, age 58. History of 4 heart attacks, pulmonary embolism, autoimmune disease, dx changed from seronegative lupus to seronegative R.A. Went to ER last night with chest pain like an elephant sitting on me pushing the air out, and near passing out. Heavy sweating. Dr. said elevated d-dimer was 1712. CAT scan of lungs showed no PE. Today, in bed all day, extremely weak just like last night, elephant sitting on chest pushing all the air out. Only weakness is worse. I am supposed to be seen in the morning (Monday) but I am nauseated, weak, near faint at times, terrible chest pain radiating to back and left shoulder. Today I have sharp stabbing pain in left groin and front left thigh. I do not understand why they sent me home so sick. I don t even know how I can get back to the ER because I cannot drive this sick. What am I supposed to do?

I really appreciate your concern, what ever the symptoms you are having may not be due to heart disease but this could be due to some other reason and most probably this could be dyspepsia, and "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for some week, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
