What Causes Severe Pain In Chest With Difficulty In Breathing?

Hi, I just started taking sprintec a few days ago and i just had an episode where i had the most intense pain in my upper left chest, my heart was racing and i was having difficulting breathing and speaking. what just happened to me? and what should i do?
