hi my name I George I m 60 years old I had spinal fusion l4l5 2 years ago and I m still in lots of pain my dr said he want to take the dods and the screws out maybe it help I don t know what to do any more this is my 5th surgery in 6 years so help me if you can please . thank you

Definitive treatment in your case is surgery. However medical treatment is early mobilization and analgesia. PPI should be taken along with NSAIDS as they may cause NSAIDS induced gastritis
