What Causes Severe Pain In Back After Having MDMA?

Hey, I took MDMA last night for the first time and I know it wasn t cut with anything. I took 120 mg orally and I weigh 150 lbs. When it started to take effect, my back started to hurt and the pain grew until it was in my chest too and I had shortness of breath. When I woke up this morning, I still had that acute chest and back pain so I took 1000 mgs of Acetaminophen. It was already beginning to subside and now Im feeling even better, but I was wondering if it is normal to feel that. Like I said, it was not mephadrone or anything like that.

Hi!
Welcome to HCM!
MDMA is a drug of abuse (ecstasy like effects), because of the addiction potential and a number of harmful effects.
The problems highlighted in your question are nothing but the side effects of MDMA which include muscle cramps involving the chest and back muscles. it can also cause chills with raised body temperature.
For the control of pain continue to use the simple analgesics like Acetaminophen, take lot of oral fluids.
Since it is a drug of abuse with potential harmful reactions, in the interest of your health you are advised to refrain from taking it again in the future.

I hope your query has been explained.
Good luck!
