What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen And Right Kidney Along With Frequent Urination?

I have has extreme pain in my abdomen and right kidney also had blood and frequency when urinating. Went to the hospital where I was prescribed antibiotics for the bladder and kidney infection. Two weeks later I am still in extreme pain. Tests have shown multiple unobstructing kidney stones and a 8mm angiomyolypoma. What do I do. I can't handle this pain on my own.
My doc said to go see him next week.

hello, thanks for writing to HCM.
I understand your concern, and know that the pain from a urinary tract origin can be quite severe. I would think of an untreated infection/small uretric stone first.
I am unsure of which tests you have been through, but I would recommend a Complete Blood count (for the infection), a urine routine and culture/sensitivity (to see the specific bacteria and sensitivity to different antibiotics) and renal profile.
Also a CT urogram where the entire urinary tract can be imaged, is more sensitive for infection/calculi etc than an ultrasound.
Also a non-urinary cause for the pain can be picked up.

You must try convey your condition and discuss this with your doctor or anyone available as soon as possible.
Till then maintain adequate hydration, and continue with medicines prescribed.
Wishing you a quick recovery. Do write in with any doubts.
Take care.
