What Causes Severe Pain In A Person With Heart Disease?
My husband is in terrible pain. He has a hx of heart disease. He is having severe pain right now. He took a nitro tablet but is still in agony. He will not lay down. He just wants to pace the floor and cries out in pain every five minutes or less. He vomited an hour ago. He says from the pain. He has had 16 or more oz of water to drink.

Thanks for following up, i understand your concern. Pain appears because he has ischemia, that's why during anaerobic glucolysis we receive lactatic acid,which cause pain. You should give him any pain killer,as baralgin in tablets or better in injections:intravenous, inttramuscular; Tramadol Hydrochloride Capsules 50mg or other.He should not endure and suffer from it.
