What Causes Severe Pain During Periods And Urine Infection?
i am 16and am on my period at the moment, it has been fine i had the worst period pains i have had so far i could hardly even walk i am sexualy active and im also on the pill. I thought i had thrush or an urine infection but just before i pulled out my tampon and it has a clump of skin on it, it was white with little bits of blood im really worried please help.

For the urine infection drink lots of limejuice or soda in any form like citralka syrup.
For the pain in the abdomen which is called dysmenhorrhea u have to take proper medicationslike painkillers or homoeopathic medicines regularly.
Dont use tampons it also causes skin effections and u.t.i.
