What Causes Severe Pain At The Tip Of Penis?

I masturbated and came to a climax 3 times in less than 24 hours, and climaxed one time after sex with my girlfriend. The tip of my penis (the two flaps if you spread it open) is red and painful. When I urinate, the tip feels like it is on fire. After I urinate, my penis is in a lot of pain for the next few minutes, almost to the point where I cant walk. I have not noticed any increase in need to urinate though.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed inflammation of external urinary meatus and terminal part of urethra due to rough and vigorous handling of your penis while masturbating.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
