What Causes Severe Pain And Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

Hi I m 29 years old my cycle is 30-32 days last month 4 days before my last period had intercourse with my husband and during and after I bled and had like a sharp pulling pain in right ovarie ovarie. And again 2 days ago same thing I bled on me and him and the sheets day after dark brown discharge and discharge and same pain again today not due on period until 28th August History of endometriosis lap done 2 years ago regular cycles ever since. been try to conceive for a year

Hello

Bleeding and pain during and after intercourse need proper medical attention.It may be due to many causes like vigorous sex,cervical,vaginal,uterine problem etc.
You may need proper local clinical examination.It is important to observe for tear etc.
Ultrasound of pelvis is also helpful.
Pap smear can also be done after evaluation.
Treatment depend upon findings.You should consult gynecologist.
