So I started out about a week ago with a cramping pain then I got this horrible pain and swelling in my clit area a few days later with some milkey white discharge. A day later I started getting bumps that are very painful. It s now been a week since it all started and the bumps are still there along with the painful clit and some discharge

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation first. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. It can be some infection. You may need some antibiotics and antifungal drugs. Also apply some ointment containing antibiotics and antifungal drugs. Get a VDRL, HIV and blood sugar test done.
