What Causes Severe Pain And Swelling In Knee Long After A Injury?

My name is Mrs. Urmila Das, aged 72. I have trimendous pain in my right knee, due to a injury in my past life (30 years). The x-ray report says that there is no gap between the two bones in my knee. My knee now swallon and so i can t walk, please help me.

I really appreciate your concern, the knee pain may not be due to past history of injury but it must be due to the arthritis changes and the main reason would be age, osteoporosis could be one of reason, it can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day try not to bend the knee beyond 90 degree hope this information helps.
