What Causes Severe Pain And Bruising On The Back?

I was fishing on jetty and slipped off rock landing on second rock. Impact was to my left lower back area near kidney area... Extreme pain at time of injury. I was able to climb out and now with movement I have severe pain in the area ... Slight bruising. Suggestions.

I appreciate your concern.
This is due to severe trauma in your back..pain bruise and spasm is because of trauma.
Take NSAID combination for pain
Chymoral for swelling and bruise,
Cold compress
Rest.
Take an xray of the vertebral column to rule out any fracture..
Also consult an orthopaedic surgeon.
