What Causes Severe Neck Pain?
My husband is having a severe neck pain since evening. He has been trying to do some neck stretches and excercises but still having the trouble. He feels he has got air trapped in their. I even tried giving good massages on his neck and back but helped only for sometime. Please let me know any home remedy if possible for instant relief or any other way.

he is having cervical spondylosis. should use neck color, hard bed, no pillow at bedtime. take tab combiflam after food twice daily for five days, apply hot compression at neck.
