What Causes Severe Muscle Spasms In The Leg Along With Vomiting?

I have a healthy football player. He was feeling bad Thursday, and Friday during the game he suffered a double charlie horse in the same leg at the same time, one in the calf and the other in the thigh. He also vomiting. He has not felt well since and he never complains even when he walked around with a broken collar bone for three months. He is still experiencing severe fatique, muscle weakness, and a fast heart beat. I dont know what to do for him. Worried Mama

First, you should check your electrlyte levels such as pottasium, calcium and magnesium since these abnormal findings may lead to symptoms that you describe,especially muscle cramps. Also, I suggest to do heart ultrasound to rule out heart arrythmia and he should avoid sport till symptoms persist.
