General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your symptoms of pain at your lower back region radiating to your legs along with numbness followed by a herniated disc I am suggesting that you have a following differential diagnosis
Disc prolapse
Lumber spondylitis
Spondylolisthesis
In view of this please do the following test
Lumber x-ray
MRI
Meanwhile please see an orthopaedic surgeon with the result and for further clinical assessment
I hope this helps
