What Causes Severe Loose Motion For 2 Weeks In 22 Months Old Baby?

My Female baby of 22 months has been suffering from loose motion for last 2 weeks, its color bronish occasional light green. no blood, no fever but presence of nausea and ocassional vomiting. breastfeed stopped for last 2 months. her feeding is rice, juice, cows milk and cerelac. 1st 5 days Ciprofloxacin given but not improved. Now on Zinc syrup, ORS, Folic acid, Lactose free milk, banana, rice, @ 2 cap Vit -A 50000 given. last 2 days frequency 1-4 times and crying durig defecation. stool R/E- has + vegetable cells, ++ starch , no pus cell or other organism. For attention u, she had also suffered severe Acute Watery Diarrhoea 2 moths back and hospitalized for 1 week. INJ. Ceftriaxone 1 gm daily given for 7 days at that time and before hospital admission at home sha given Nitazoxanide syrup 2 days, Cifrofloxacin given 2 days. pls what can i do now? whats the Diagnosis at present condition?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
22 months baby having repeated diarrhea and the stool report showing starch and vegetable cells can be due to intolerance to certain foods and beverages including milk or so.
Since the baby was treated with Ciprofloxacin but did not improve can be due to the same reason.
It can be stomach flu too.
Well, I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an opinion of a Pediatrician or second opinion of another Pediatrician to get the clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to be repeated to get the proper cause so that a proper treatment can be instituted.
Also watch for the symptoms in abdomen, bloating, dehydration and other changes that you have to share with your treating Doctor.
Repeat stool tests for three days including culture and sensitivity.
Blood culture and sensitivity too helps in some cases.
Take a proper care and complete the treatment till cured.
