Hi Basavaraj

Sounds like the injection hit her sciatic nerve and she may have some bruising there. Unfortunately, there isn't much else she can do besides the things she is doing. Sometimes there is a lot of bruising and the nerve gets compressed. The good news is that this isn't permanent and will eventually get better over time. I'd have her continue with the heat packs as much as she can - this will help to get things moving and loosen up the area.

I hope I have answered your questions. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or if you feel I haven't addressed your question adequately.
