What Causes Severe Left Sided Headache And Tinnitus After A Head Injury?

Hi, Last week my husband and I butted heads. I was hit on my left side, left of eyebrow. It resulted in a bump, I saw stars but never passed out. A week has gone by and today I have a very bad headache on my left side. Sometimes I hear humming in my ears. I have been under a tremendous amount of stress the past week. Not sure if I rec d a concussion and should see a doctor. I had to leave work and come home. Thanks

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of headache tinnitus following a previous head jam with your husband as well as stress during work I am suggesting that you have developed following differential diagnosis
migraine
Intracranial hemorrhage
Tension headache
In view of this please do a CT scan to rule out this conditions
Meanwhile please see a neuropsychiatric specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
