What Causes Severe Knee Pain While Suffering From Autoimmune Disease?

I have been suffering with severe pain in my knee for several months. I have not injured it. I have experienced extremely dry mouth and dry eyes for several years. My latest labs show a positive ANA (5.7) and high Centromere B (over 8). I have not been officially diagnosed with a specific autoimmune disease. But the pain in my knee has me suspicious: the greatest pain I have is in bed when I try to turn on my side. The sheets touching the skin on my knees is super painful. I have no signs of CREST, except Reflux. I don t have signs of scleroderma, that I know if. My brother has severe rheumatoid arthritis. Please tell me I don t have that.

Dear friend, you have not mentioned whether you were tested for rheumatoid arthritis or other varities of arthritis. CRP, RA factor, ESR MRI of affected joint may be carried out to know the underlying cause.
