General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Severe itching of legs in a person who is known diabetic and with cardiac problems could be caused due to development of peripheral neuropathy.
Kindly supplement yourself with multivitamin and multimineral capsules which contains adequate quantities Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Folic acid vitamins and Zinc and Selenium minerals along with other vitamins and minerals in proper proportions.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
