What Causes Severe Itching All Over The Body?
approx a month ago I started itching on my entire upper body, recently it has become my entire body. I suspected an allergic reaction but have tried everything. I have no rash or other issues just this crazy itching. the only things of note that happened at the time this started was i had gotten sunburned and i got bit by a bug or spider on my left side. the bight itches and has not healed, efter my skin peeled from the sunburn, I had no other issues from that but this itch just wont go away

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe itching throughout the body which seems to be contact dermatitis, allergic reaction and sensitivity to sunlight.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Maintain proper personal hygiene.
- Apply cold compresses to reduce the itchiness and inflammation.
- Drink plenty of fluids.
- Avoid touching or pricking rashes and apply calamine lotion to soothe them.
- Avoid application of any hard cosmetics.
You should consult dermatologist for proper examination Doctor may order skin patch test , blood test , test for allergy and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe corticosteroid ointment , antibiotics , anti inflammatory and immunosuppressants .
