What Causes Severe Itchiness On The Corner Of The Eye?

I have never had allergies but the corner of my inner eyes are very itchy, more so at night. Also small bump near bridge of my nose. My eyes have completely swollen up twice before, not sure reason. Used Allegra to help and it did in about 40 minutes. Any ideas or suggestions?

This is allergy.More so because it responded to Allegra..Wash your eyes manytimes with plain water.use llubricating and anti allergic eye drops.Avoid exposure to dust and allergens
