What Causes Severe Indigestion With Lightheaded Feelings, Perspiration And Syncope?

Over the last couple of years, I ve had a couple of severe indigestion episodes which progress from feeling lightheaded and pale, to perspiring and finally lapsing into unconsciousness for several minutes. This has always occurred when I ve eaten very little and after consuming about 3 beers. Once I regain consciousness, which the last time took about 3 minutes, I still felt nauseous for about 5 minutes, but then it subsided and I felt fine. I would also perspire profusely. I m 61, male, and in better-than-average physical condition.

Noted the history And understood your concerns.
The probable explanation for the symptoms of perspiration, light headedness unconsciousness and indigestion after 3 beers on empty stomach are as follows:
Once you are on empty stomach and consume lots of beer the blood sugar is reduced to the extent that you get the symptoms of perspiration and all.
Once you fall down the liver produces glucose and the moment it is circulated you get consciousness back.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Take some food before beer.
Go slow on beer or reduced quantity and if possible stop drinking
