What Causes Severe Headaches For Years?

35yrs constant headache for years
have seen many Dr at the moment have sinisitis
i know that can be the cause of my headache now
are on my 2 lot of antibiotics
But always have this severe headaches
used many presciption painkillers
no relieve
had in the paste
mri scans can not finding any thing

I can understand your concern.
Sinusitis is unlikely to cause such chronic headache with normal MRI.
Possibility of migraine is more in your case.
Migraine needs following lifestyle modifications for complete relief in headache.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid Fasting and take your meals timely.
3. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
4. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
5. Start combination of Propranolol and flunarizine once daily at night time.
Follow these for 1 month and you will be alright with headache.
