What Causes Severe Headaches Causing Dizziness?

I m 16 & I ve been having really bad headaches for the past few months. They re really bad. About a 8 out of 10. No pain medicine helps. I ve tried everything. From Tylenol, Ibuprofen & migraine pain relievers. Should I get it checked out? I ve been really dizzy with the headaches & been sleeping a lot more. Should I be worried? I tell my mom & she don t see it as a big deal.

Hi dear
I had gone through your query .

yes you should go for consultation if pain is not relieved by analgesic medicine .

certain investigation is necessary to find underlying causes for headche.

1. Blood pressure
2. Eye sight check up and fundus examination .
3 . CT scan .
4. MRI .
5. Stress test.

proper neurological and psychological evaluation can help.

Stress and tension can lead to headche which is chronic and do not improve with medicine.

so consult and get further assistance .

Still if you have a query then feel free to ask .

Happy to help you further .
Thank you .
