What Causes Severe Headache?

I bumped my head on Friday over my right eyebrow. I put ice on it right away. I had to pick my daughter up at school, so walked there. On the way back, I began to feel sick. I got home and threw up several times, I ve been taking Advil since. I have headaches should I go to the hospital or just rest.

Hello,

Welcome to Health care magic
I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having headache following a injury. Headache associated with nausea and vomiting can be a sign of head injury and hence requires evaluation by your doctor to rule out concussion head injury.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
