Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about severe headache.

As per your history of present complaint you feel severe pain while either too exerted or hungry. If it is throbing or pulsating it is migraine if it is continous and does not Aggregate with movement it can be normal headache because of exertion.

It seems to me migrainous as it it related to particular trigger factor which is hypoglycemia (low level of glucose in blood).

You need to keep something with you when you feel too much hunger, so you can eat it because migraine prevention is possible if cause is known.

So if you think you have migraine problem throbing headache, aggravated by movement, associated with photo phobia or nausea.
You may need to take prophylaxis for it like propranolol in consultation with your doctor.

Hope my answer will help you and you can write to us if you feel any need.
Regards
Dr Muzaffar Hussain Parray.
