hello DRr. I m having a terrible headache all day. This all started on Thursday night when I wasn t feeling well, I went to bed early at 8pm and shortly after awoke only to have to go and throw up. I was able to get myself back in bed where I slept for another half hour to having to get up and use the bathroom again. This time I was throwing up out of the other end. this cycle continued several more times of throwing up sleeping then getting up to use the bathroom again. The following day I was able to get some food in me but felt like I had a massive hangover. My body was all achy and I was exhausted. I made sure to drink a lot of water the next day. another day has gone by and I still an exhausted, achy and most of all have a massive headache. My questions is; can this be due to food poisoning or the flu? How do I know the difference and how can I get ride of this headache? thank you,
