What Causes Severe Headache, Spitting Blood & Vomiting?

Please help I have been throwing up a substance which I belive is spit almost everyday. I have severe headaches and stomach aches. Sometimes with my spit either my food or blood comes out. Im starting to think its not normal and wondering if you can please help me cure whatever I have. So much thanks. -Alma Salazar

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the case of vomiting then underlying cause of this is matter of concern, it may be infection, and if it the sensation of spitting only then it may be some functional disorders if you want to confirm the blood in spitting then it has to be tested in lab, it is better to see the doctor for complete clinical examination and it will clear the over all picture hope this information helps.
