What Causes Severe Headache, Nausea And An Upset Stomach?

three days ago I awoke with a severe headache, nausea and upset stomach. I didn t want to eat but had to because I have type 2 diabetes. I felt this way for three days. I awoke this morning feeling better but now my head, mouth, tongue is numb and still have a headache. I do suffer from migraines but have never felt these systems before.

since u r diabetic. Control ur sugar. Avoid stress as it may aggravate headach and gastric upset. Take tab vitamin b complex for neuropathy secondary to diabetes
