What Causes Severe Headache And Vision Problems?

is there a drug or tablet that could have been put in an alcoholic drink - that caused such a sudden severe headache at back as well as of flashes of light / severevision problems and then loss of memory for several hours. all happened momentarily and was fine before that. It felt like I had been hit on back of head... but I do not think I was....

A brain CT is needed.
Overthe counter preparation of ibuprofen and paracetamol can help.
Do consult a neurologist.
