What Causes Severe Headache And Nausea After A Self Injury?

I am 58 years old and hit my head while getting something out if my refrigerator. I hit it hard enough to where it almost knocked me out and it s been at least two hours and I got instantly nauseated and have an awful headache. I can t believe you re asking for money instead if being caring about human beings and giving them some needed advice to comfort them!!

Hello sir. You said you had a fainting and vomiting episode after you hit your head. This may be an indication of an internal injury. I would advise you to undergo a CT scan head to rule out any possible internal injury. If it comes clear there isn't anything to worry about. Hope that answers your question.
