Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your complain you have problem of severe headache with eye pain that may be because of glaucoma or sinusitis or other problems. Mention a pain site and intensity, duration of pain with aggravating factor. Detailed history and physical examination give exact idea about problems.

Migraine cause severe headache and most commonly unilateral. Nausea or vomiting or vision problem with headache is present in migraine. X ray can be done for further diagnosis. Consult a neurologist for further diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
