What Causes Severe Headache And Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

I have had a throbbing headache for three days, and I took my blood pressure, it was 165/102 I prefer not to go to a hospital, am I endangering myself? I m a 50yr old female, I weigh 140 pounds, I don t abuse my body, but have a not so great diet. Thanks for your advice

The headache is due to high blood pressure it seems. You have a high blood pressure . It should be 130 /80 normal and elevated over 140/90. You have tu cure your blood pressure. Keep a hyposodic diet . Your doctor may suggest you to use a diuretic such Lasix.
