What Causes Severe Headache And Burning In Chest?

Hello Doc., I was troubled with head-ache and chest burn and some unclear pictures in my mind during intervals. So my physician suggested an MRI. The MRI report says I have got a DNET of size 13mm (SI) x 11mm (AP) x 11mm (TR). Pls. advise shall I go for surgery to remove it or let it be like that because doctor says it is a benign tomour?!

Go with the advice of your neurosurgeon. Benign tumor doesnt cause progression but if its troublesome and causing you severe symptoms it can be removed but as I said the neurosurgeon's opinion takes precedence
