What Causes Severe Headache Along With Dizziness?

hi, I ve been having migraine like symptoms bout with out the pain for about 4 days now. I have a hard time concentrating and when I stand for a long time I get dizzy. yesterday I was emotional and today I m puking because of the dizzy spells. any ideas whats going on and should i go to the urgent care?

You are having Hormonal variation if you are female in adolescent age group and this is common just indulge in your favorite hobby when ever you suffer from such spells take not to over riden your mind with such feelings.
