What Causes Severe Hair Fall?

hello there..
i am 24 ..and i started losing hair when i was around 20....now at 24 i lost my hair from both the sides..but hair are still in the center of the head....i have started using mintop 10pc and finasteride tablet..i just wanted to know how much time should i continue using these medicines...

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain hair fall can occur due to causes like Androgeic Alopecia that occurs due to hormonal causes and genetics while Telogen Efluvium that can occur due to causes like long standing illness, stress, malnutrition, side effects of medicines and hair cosmetics etc..
The medications advised to you that is Mintop 10% containing Minoxidil and Finsterida tablet are the most commonly advised and effective treatment to control hairfall as well as it can also help in promoting hair growth and it needs to be taken for atleast 6 months to one year or even more under supervision of a trained Trichologist or Hair Expert..
As Finesteride has a side effect of causing reversible loss of libido thereforeit should be taken under supervision of an expert only..
You should also take Biotin and multivitamin supplements for atleast 6 months..
Take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in diet..
Massage your scalp with warm coconut oil..
Keep your scalp clean..
