Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have severe fatigue and tremors in the hands. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like acute sinusitis ,diabetes, type 2 , mumps , multiple sclerosis , kidney disease , low blood pressure and sleep apnea . Eat fresh vegetables and fruits , also keep yourself hydrated. I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination . Doctor order ECG ,valsalva maneuver and tilt table test .
