What Causes Severe Fatigue And Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding?

For the last year I haven t felt right. But the last few months have been worse. I feel completely drained as well. I use to have periods for 7 days now its either 2 days or off and on for a week. I will bleed a lot and have large blood clots. (Sorry) I had an ultrasound 1 year ago and there was abnormal finding. Now my systems are worse. I now have had a lot of pain and one night I felt as if I was in labor. Another time I almost passed out because the pain came on to strong. I have this watery clear discharge as well. Ok so now here are my results, Borderline-Enlarged heterogeneous with small fibroids Thickened endometrium Just letting you know that I have Addison Disease as well as Hypothyroid. II also have a strong family background in ovarian and uterus cancer My question to you is do you think I need a hysterectomy? Do you think that this might be cancer as well?

Hi, I think it is not looking like a cancer now. You may be at increased risk of cancer. So, considering the risk and your periods problem, if you have completed your family, you can go for a surgery. Get a scan done again to see the present status. You can take some medicines like Tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid for bleeding and pain during periods. Hypothyroidism ca also cause heavy bleeding during periods. Get your thyroid under control.
